In January 2024, we will begin to mail the annual membership renewals. The new systems is as follows. You will receive a renewal by mail and have until April 30, 2024 to return it. After April, the Board will contact members not renewing and see they can assist. If a current member does not renew by April 30th of a renewal year, they will be removed from the membership role and no longer receive any membership benefits.
On the renewals, it will ask to update any information that may have changed, such as email or phone numbers. It will also ask how you would like to receive the Blockhouse Bulletin (email or US mail) and how you would like to receive your renewal notices in the future. We are trying to reduce the cost of mailings due to the ever rising cost of postage.
With the money we save we can place it into further preservation of the museums and the collections. Thank you for your support as always.
